Connectivity issue - Medbase

This issue is now marked as resolved.

We experienced a short outage of approximately 5 minutes across certain carriers caused by a BGP routing issue.

Our networking engineers quickly identified the problem and the connection was re-routed within 5 minutes.

Known carriers to be affected:

  • Aussie Broadband

Remote sessions should have automatically re-connected once the service was restored and all open windows should have been still open and operational.

  • Medbase (A Priority Technology Company) / Authentication Servers
