Our upstream carrier has advised of scheduled maintenance during the following window:
Expected impact during this period:
- Up to two interruptions of up to 5 minutes for all services.
- An additional interruption of up to 15 minutes for some customers not connected through selected providers.
The maintenance is necessary to improve service performance and stability. Our upstream provider will be working to minimise any service interruptions and monitor all changes closely.
If you experience a loss of connectivity that does not automatically resolve, please wait 15 minutes and power cycle your device.
